HUMAN RESOURCES POSITION
・Responsible in coordinating with the HR team in our company and taking ownership in various recruiting activities.
・Including recruiting events, conducting selection processes (screening, interviews, etc...), and implementing new recruiting strategies for the our financial companies in Japan.
Training & Development
・Coordinating with other departments and Japan entities in creating training and development plan for our financial companies in Japan.
・Developing strategic FS training plan, vendor selection, cost negotiation, coordinating training & development plan. Also responsible to conduct Individual Development Plan meeting.
・Responsible to oversee the yearly cycle of evaluation system, and coordinate with department to complete target setting, mid-term review, and final evaluation.
・Posting final evaluations, consolidating data, facilitate evaluation alignment meeting and finalize the result for bonus and increment reflection.
Planning & Reporting
・Coordinating with the HR team in our company in consolidating and submitting F&C related reports including Administration costs (recruiting & training budget, FTE development, personnel cost, welfare & benefits, Administration cost).
・Implementing and discussing efficiencies with relevant parties will also be necessary. In addition, to submit mandatory governmental related report
Compliance & Policy (HR)
・Reviewing and/or creating mandatory HR processes, identify risks and implement r remediation actions. In addition, responsible to enact and amend HR related policy. Act as back-up on Administration related compliance and policy as well.
・Support HR&A manager on HR projects in managing timeline, consolidating data, creating
・slides, and sending out communications.
・Acting as a partner of HR&A manager for all HR related projects (Leadership 2020, GPTW, job grading, etc...)
・Responsible for rental real estates (office rents, parking space) and coordinate (negotiate) with our company and/or vendor to secure necessary facilities for our financial companies in Japan.
・Coordinate (negotiate) with our company and/or vendor to secure office supplies such as stationaries and office furniture (desk, chair, whiteboard, PC monitor, phone, cabinets, etc...) coordination, allocation of storages and cabinets, office and seat relocations, finalizing layouts and seat plans, coordination of meeting room & company asset reservation system, and assisting stationed employees relocation.
Health & Safety Management
・Responsible as the back-up of FS/HR&A manager for disaster and health related topics and mainly in charge of health and safety operative tasks. This includes disaster preparation (emergency supply management, fire drills coordination, AED, etc...), Business Continuity Plan related operations (Secom operations, satellite phone, first aid kit, assisting business unit with Osaka site, etc...) and generating monthly overtime and adhoc annual leave utilization reports to SLT.
Compliance & Policy
・Responsible to review and/or create mandatory Administration processes, identify risks and implement remediation actions.
・Enacting and amending Administration related policy.
・Act as back-up on HR related compliance and policy as well.
Back-up on Administration other tasks
・To act as a back-up on other Administration tasks such as company car management, invoice handling, mail room operations
・Supporting Shin-Kawasaki Administration in; temporary ID card & security card operations, vendor management for employee benefits (coffee machine, greenery, vending machine, etc.)
